Your 14-day free trial of RightResponse gives you access to all Free Trial features as listed in the table above. Free Trials are limited -- we will process 100 of your historical reviews (that include text comments) and will respond to 100 reviews. Free Trials do not include competitor locations.

Signing up for your 14-day free trial is simple. All you need to do is fill in your details on the Sign Up Page, confirm your email address, and watch the short onboarding video.

Once you authenticate to your Google account, RightResponse AI will then start pulling in your customer reviews and other information, and will organize it for you in your customized dashboard.

Then, you’re free to use RightResponse AI to respond to customer reviews and see the results of your customer review sentiment analysis.  See what your customers really think – and what you need to do to lift customer acquisition and engagement!

Not at all – you won’t be asked for credit card or other payment details when you sign up. The only time you’ll need to share payment information is when you decide to sign up for a paid plan.

You’ll receive a reminder email the day before your free trial ends, and on the day your free trial ends, so you’ll know exactly when your free trial is coming to a close. Once your free trial has ended, you’ll no longer have access to your RightResponse AI dashboards.

If you want to continue using RightResponse AI after the end of your free trial, you’ll be invited to sign up for a paid plan and you’ll need to enter and confirm your payment details.

Of course! With RightResponse you pay as you go, and you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, or cancel, at any time. Just go to your RightResponse AI account settings to do so.

If you would like to cancel, all you need to do is cancel your plan inside your RightResponse AI account settings. As soon as you click ‘confirm’ your plan will then be cancelled. You will then continue to have access to your account, dashboard, and data until the end of your billing cycle.
