The Advanced AI Plan costs $8 per location per month (billed annually) or $10 per location per month (billed monthly) and includes access to all features:

2. How does the usage-based pricing model work?

Credits are purchased to use specific features. For example:

  • Responses & Review Sentiment Analysis: To enable Responses, credits are used when a review is downloaded. For Review Sentiment Analysis credits are only charged for downloaded reviews with text (not for rating-only reviews).
  • Map Rank Tracking: Credits are used when a scan is run.
  • Competitor Analysis: Credits are charged per competitor analyzed
  • Review Requests: Credits are charged for using AI to personalize requests, when including photos with requests, and for sending each email or SMS request.
  • Report Library: AI-generated reports are available for a credit cost based on size and complexity.

You are only charged for the features you use, making the pricing flexible and scalable.

3. How do credits work, and how are they priced?

Credits are required for all feature-based actions, and pricing is tiered—the more you buy at once, the lower the cost per credit. See the Credit Pricing Table for exact pricing details.

4. Where can I see my current credit balance and usage?

Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the Dashboard.

5. When and how do credits expire?
  • For monthly plans, credits expire 4 months after purchase for monthly plans. For annual plans, credits are valid as long as the annual plan is active or 4 months after purchase, whichever is later.
  • Older credits are used first.
  • Buying in bulk can save money, but avoid over-purchasing to prevent expiration.
6. How am I charged for Responses, Sentiment Analysis, Map Rank Tracking, Competitor Analysis, and Reports?
  • Responses & Sentiment Analysis: Credits are deducted when a review is downloaded. Sentiment Analysis only charges for reviews with text (not for rating-only reviews).
  • Map Rank Tracking: Credits are deducted each time a scan is run.
  • Competitor Analysis: Credits are deducted per competitor analyzed.
  • Review Requests: Credits are deducted when using AI to generate personalized requests, when photos are attached, and per email or SMS sent.
  • Report Library: AI-generated reports have varying credit costs depending on their size and complexity.
7. Can I enable or disable features at any time?

Yes, all features can be turned on or off at any time through the platform settings. You have full control over which features you want to use, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

8. How do I purchase credits, and can I set up automatic recharges?

You can purchase credits manually through the Subscription page.

  • You will receive an email notification when your credits are running low.
  • You can also enable auto-recharge, which will automatically purchase credits when your balance reaches a set threshold.
    • Minimum auto-recharge: $10.
    • Receipt is sent after every purchase.

This ensures you never run out of credits.

9. Can I cancel my plan anytime, and what happens if I do?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, and your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Credits and monthly fees are non-refundable, so you may want to use any remaining credits before canceling.
  • Once canceled, you will no longer be charged the monthly platform fee. However, the auto-recharge feature will stay active until you disable it.
10. Is there a way to estimate how many credits I need?

Yes! We provide a credit calculator to help estimate your needs based on:

  • The number of reviews you receive per month.
  • Whether you want to request reviews (email or SMS).
  • Whether you will use Sentiment Analysis, Map Rank Tracking, Competitor Analysis, or Reports.
